About the Complex
Armonia Resort is a large-scale resort project in Grigoleti, located just 50 meters from the sea. The complex combines apartments in multi-story buildings and detached villas from various architectural collections. The project is being developed by Eco Hotels and unites several real estate formats: from compact studios in the Armonia Palace Hotel building to spacious residences in the Santorini, Sakura, Armonia, Tropical and Magnolia lines. The complex is scheduled for completion at the end of 2027. Thanks to its well-thought-out concept, Armonia Resort offers not just housing by the sea, but a full-fledged environment for year-round recreation and wellness on the Black Sea coast.
Advantages
The key advantage of Armonia Resort is its direct proximity to the sea: the beach is 50 meters from the complex's territory. The project stands out for its variety of residential formats: buyers have access to apartments in buildings ranging from 1 to 6 floors, as well as individual villas from several designer series. The developed internal infrastructure includes a sports club, a swimming pool, a spa and wellness center. Security is ensured by round-the-clock video surveillance and guards. The complex is built using monolithic frame technology and includes underground and surface parking. The developer Eco Hotels focuses on quality and a comprehensive approach to organizing resort space.
Location
Armonia Resort is located in the resort town of Grigoleti, 50 meters from the shoreline of the Black Sea. Grigoleti is one of the most promising destinations on the coast of Georgia, known for its wide sandy beach and mild climate. The town lies between Poti and Kobuleti, approximately 45 kilometers from Batumi. This location combines the seclusion of a quiet coastal area with convenient transport accessibility: central highways provide quick access to the region's major cities. Next to the complex lies the famous Grigoleti Forest Park with its relict pines, creating a unique microclimate.
Surroundings
The surroundings of Armonia Resort offer abundant opportunities for recreation and wellness. The main natural attraction is the Grigoleti Forest Park with its centuries-old pines, where the air is rich in phytoncides. The sandy beach of Grigoleti is considered one of the best on the Black Sea coast of Georgia: a wide shoreline, gentle entry into the water, and clean sand. Within walking distance are cafes and restaurants serving local cuisine, as well as small shops. In the vicinity of the town there are thermal springs and protected areas of the Colchis Lowland. The area's infrastructure is actively developing thanks to the growing interest in Grigoleti as a world-class resort.
Transport
The transport accessibility of Armonia Resort is ensured by its proximity to the key highways of the Black Sea coast. Grigoleti is connected by road to Batumi, which is approximately 45 kilometers away. Batumi International Airport can be reached in about 50–60 minutes by car. The nearest railway station is located in Poti. The complex's internal transport network includes access roads to all buildings and villas, as well as underground and surface parking for residents. Regular bus services connect Grigoleti with neighboring resort towns and cities.
Features of the Residential Complex
Armonia Resort is being built using monolithic frame technology, ensuring high seismic resistance and durability of the structures. The complex consists of several types of real estate: the multi-story Armonia Palace Hotel building, 4 floors high with 51 apartments; the second building, Armonia Palace 2, 6 floors high; and separate single-story villas. Each villa belongs to a specific architectural collection — Santorini, Sakura, Armonia, Tropical, Magnolia — with individual design and layout. All buildings are equipped with elevators. The territory is under 24-hour video surveillance and security. Construction completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
Landscaping
The territory of Armonia Resort is planned as a full-fledged resort space with thoughtful landscape design. The landscaping project includes green areas planted with subtropical vegetation characteristic of the Colchis region. The complex's internal infrastructure includes a sports club and swimming pool, a wellness center and a spa area. A shopping center, cafes and restaurants will operate for residents and guests. The territory is equipped with a 24/7 video surveillance system. Pedestrian paths will connect all facilities of the complex and provide convenient access to the beach. Parking is organized on two levels — underground and surface.

Sales at Armonia Resort are now open. Buyers are offered apartments in the Armonia Palace Hotel building — a 4-story building with 51 units. The minimum price for apartments in this building starts from $70,840. Also available are villas from various collections: Santorini with a minimum price starting from $503,800, Tropical — from $547,800, Sakura — from $471,240, Armonia — from $621,060, Magnolia — from $333,740.
