What we do
We look at what the company has already built and handed over, what is on hold, and which documents exist for this particular new-build. We tell you how it is — including the parts you may not like.
We go to the property, film and photograph it without flattery and ask the awkward questions in the sales office. A construction supervisor comes with us and looks at what a render never shows: which materials actually go into the building, the thickness of the walls and partitions, the ventilation, compliance with sanitary norms.
Sometimes everything looks fine and in reality it is cheap finishing, thin walls and violations nobody would ever have mentioned.
We go through it clause by clause and explain what each one means in practice: deadlines, penalties, what happens if handover slips, and what is worth asking to change before you sign.
We show you how to bring the money in cleanly, which confirmations you must keep, and which receipts and acceptance certificates have to stay in your hands. This is the part people remember a year later, when it is already too late.

Yes, and it happens often — plenty of people buy without ever flying in. We run remote deals regularly: we view the property for you, send photos and video from the site, arrange the power of attorney and the signing, and keep you posted at every step.

Of course. The property does not have to come from our catalog — bring your own and we will check it just as carefully.
In general yes. There are restrictions on certain categories of land, so describe your situation and we will go through it specifically, not in general terms.
Registration itself is fast — noticeably faster than most newcomers expect. How long the whole deal takes depends on the property and on how you pay, and we will tell you honestly once we have looked at your case.
No. If we see a risk, we talk about the risk. If the property is good we say that too, but the decision is always yours.

It depends on the property and on how much of the work you need. We tell you the price before anything starts, and nothing is charged until you have agreed to it.
