In general: a paid review usually has no specifics — no visit date, construction stage, floor, promised deadline or documents — and no details that could not be invented without being there. We do not publish names or contacts of employees in reviews: they prove nothing and cause more harm than good.
A review is personal experience. A report is a documented site visit: the date, the construction stage, an 11–12-question checklist, photos and video, and the author’s name on it.
