The keys are yours and the suitcases are unpacked — and now the interesting part begins: furniture, repairs, internet, bills, doctors. Each of these has a simple answer if you know who to call. We know.
One question is fine. So is a two-page list.
The things the guides never mention
Each question is tiny on its own. Together they add up to the feeling that you are still a guest.
What we do
Measuring up, choosing furniture and appliances, delivery, assembly, installation. Curtains, lighting, the small things. In Tbilisi and Batumi we go to the furniture shops with you, or instead of you — whichever suits.
Electrician, plumber, air conditioning, carpenter, cleaning after the work is done. People we have checked, a price agreed in advance, and one of us nearby to keep an eye on it.
Where Georgian is needed, we speak for you — with the electrician, with the building management, in the shop.
Internet and television, utility payments, refuse collection, the conversation with the building management, the intercom, the keys. Set up once — after that it runs itself.
Doctors and clinics, a dentist, a vet, schools and kindergartens, a gym, a garage, a good market and a good bakery. The last two usually turn out to matter most.
We tell you what is issued where, help you book a slot and come along with you. If you need a specialist, we introduce you to one we trust.
We keep an eye on the apartment: accept the finished work, pay the bills, meet the tenants and check that everything is fine after the rains.
We send photos and video, not a three-word report. This is the “eyes and ears on the ground” that many people write to us for in the first place.
How it usually looks
Even a messy one: “we need furniture, the boiler is dead, and I have no idea where this 40-lari bill came from”.
We say what we do ourselves, what the tradespeople do, and what you are better off deciding in person — and why.
We keep you posted, send photos, and agree anything that costs money before the money is spent.
A tap will break in a month, and you will not have to start looking for somebody from scratch.
We live here and work with the same tradespeople we then use ourselves. Sending you a bad plumber would not pay off: you would simply stop writing to us — and tell everyone you know.
So we say it straight: what is worth doing, what is not, and where you are better off without us. Answers like that are worth more than any advertising.

Yes, of course. Where you bought it makes no difference.
You can. Sometimes it starts with “help me assemble a wardrobe”, and six months later we are looking after the whole apartment.
We can go with you, we can go instead of you, or we can simply tell you where to look. Whichever feels easier.
That is a common story. Tell us what you need — anything from a check once a month to full care of the flat and meeting the guests.
We will say so honestly and go looking. We will not take on a job we cannot do properly.
It depends on what needs doing — a single errand and a whole apartment are different jobs. We tell you what it will cost before we start, and nothing is spent until you have agreed to it.
We live here and work mostly in Tbilisi and Batumi. If your apartment is somewhere else — Kutaisi, Gudauri, a small town by the sea — just ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we have somebody there.
