Green Residence is a 29-story residential complex being built at the 2nd dead end of Angisa, in an actively developing part of Batumi. The project combines apartments of various formats and an apart-hotel, complemented by its own infrastructure. The building's architecture blends restrained elegance with expressive facades: panoramic glazing and smooth white lines of the loggias give the exterior a modern, light character. At the time of handover, a "black frame" finish is provided, although the developer also offers other options — white frame, green frame, and full renovation. The Green Residence project is being implemented by a construction company with experience in the Batumi real estate market. Construction started in the fourth quarter of 2019, and completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026. The scale of the project — 29 floors and about three hundred apartments — speaks to the developer's serious capabilities.
