Mziuri Gardens

Mziuri Gardens is a modern residential complex on the Batumi coast, built on the site of a former sanatorium in the resort area of Makhinjauri. The project occupies a plot of 15,000 square metres and includes three eleven-storey sections, two of which are dedicated to private apartments, while a hotel is housed in the third. The road network of Makhinjauri provides convenient connections to Batumi. You can reach the city centre by private car or public transport — routes No. 10 and 10a, which link the area with the railway station, bus station, and airport. In addition, a dedicated electric bus route is provided for Mziuri Gardens residents, running towards Batumi on a regular schedule. This approach makes travel both eco-friendly and predictable.

The three eleven-storey sections of the complex are designed with an emphasis on energy efficiency and adaptation to the humid subtropical climate. A special bridge with an elevator connects the complex grounds to the private beach, making the path to the sea not only short but also aesthetically pleasing.
