VR Vake Sky Tower

VR Vake Sky Tower is a monumental 70-story skyscraper, being built by VR Holding in the prestigious Vake district at 49 Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue. It is one of the tallest towers in Tbilisi, shaping a new architectural silhouette for the Georgian capital. The project combines residential apartments, Class A office spaces, a shopping gallery, and extensive recreational infrastructure under one roof. Construction is carried out using monolithic frame technology, ensuring reliability and seismic resistance. Completion is scheduled for 2031. The concept of the complex is a vertical city, where residents receive a full range of services without leaving the building.
