Step 03
Transparency Β· agents and reporting
List your projects on the platform and work with one agent per development
One verified agent is assigned to each project: they handle the enquiries, the viewings and the buyers on your terms. You talk to one person, and in the dashboard you see where every buyer came from.
No exclusivity: your own sales department and your own brokers carry on as before; the agent works for a fee on the deal.
- 1agent per development
- 15minutes to answer a buyer
- 0enquiries outside the dashboard
verified agents
One person answers for the project β and you know them by name
Not forty realtors calling your sales department about one and the same buyer. The agent passes verification, knows the buildings, the floor plans and the instalment terms, and takes the buyer from the first message to the reservation.
- Assigned to the developmentThe agent is appointed to the project and answers for every enquiry about it. Duplicates and poached buyers are ruled out: an enquiry arrives once, to one person, with the conversation history.
- Verification before accessDocuments, status, experience and reviews β before the agent sees your project at all. Breaks the terms β is disconnected from the development; the buyers and the correspondence stay in your dashboard.
- One contact instead of tenReservations, documents, questions about floor plans β through one person and one conversation. Your manager holds a dialogue instead of sorting through a stream of calls from unknown brokers.
- The contract is directly with the agentThe agent gets to know you in person, takes the development on and works under an agency contract with you. The platform is not a party to that contract β we answer for the person being verified, and we take their side in disputes.
You do not need a department for working with brokers: the project has one agent, the agent has your terms, and you have the report.
For large projects we assign a second agent for a separate building or a separate language.
your terms
You set the rules for the project β the agent confirms them before starting
The fee, the response time, who runs the viewing, what may be promised about price and instalments. The terms live in the dashboard, the agent accepts them, and any change reaches them as a notification.
Terms in writing, not by word of mouth
The fee and the rules live in the dashboard and in the agency contract. An agreement recorded there is a fact to us.
Promises only what the showcase says
Prices, deadlines and floor plans the agent takes from your showcase. Discounts and 'special terms' of their own they do not invent for the buyer.
Response time is measured
Response time and overdue enquiries are visible in the report. Repeated failures are grounds for replacing the agent.
boundaries
Did not get on with the agent β you terminate the contract. Nothing changes for the project: the showcase, the site reports and the enquiries stay on the platform, and we offer another agent.
We are on the agent's side. They come to you with a verified reputation and work on their own agreements β so how a project treats its agents shows on its card just as deadlines and site reports do.
report on enquiries
You always see where the buyer came from
Every enquiry arrives with its source: a site report, the project card, an agent's selection or a channel. The report is in the dashboard, in an e-mail once a week and in your CRM through the integration.
how to start
List your project β we assign an agent within a week
From you: the project data, the price list and the terms for the agent. We pick a person for your project and the buyers' language, assign them to the development and open the report on enquiries.
Step 01 β the project showcase. Step 02 β site reports and traffic.
- 1Terms for the projectThe fee, the response time, the viewing rules and the price list. You fill them in once β the agent accepts them before starting.
- 2An agent on the developmentWe pick a verified person for your project and the buyers' languages, and assign them to the development.
- 3Enquiries and the reportBuyers go to the agent; the report on sources and deals goes to you: in the dashboard, by e-mail and into your CRM.
