Step 02
Promotion Β· site reports and traffic
Join the platform β and have a say in every report and story about your project
With the project on the platform you are inside the process: you approve the shooting plan, accept the frames and the text, and add your own comment to any disputed point. Filming on site, publication in eight languages and traffic to the project are on us β and the enquiries go straight to your sales department.
Filming follows a plan you approve, and material goes out only after you have signed it off β frame by frame.

why join
You already have your own content. The platform adds what your content can never be
Renders and press releases speak in the developer's own voice β and the buyer knows it. A third-party report filmed on site, with a date and tied to a building, reads as a check rather than as an advert. That is why it brings enquiries rather than likes β while you still have a say in every piece before it is published.
- Filming is on us β from you, access to the siteNo camera operator of your own, no contractor, no task for the marketing department. We come on an agreed schedule, film by a shot list and hand over the finished material: photos, a short video, a text with dates. From you: a pass, someone to accompany us and half an hour to sign off.
- Trust comes from a third party'Construction is on schedule' in your newsletter and the same fact in a report from the site weigh differently. We do not praise the project β we show the stage: this floor poured, glazing under way, the courtyard in progress. That is exactly what removes the main objection of a buyer from abroad.
- Traffic comes to you, not to the platformA report does not live on its own: it sits on the project card, goes out to the channels and into agents' selections, and every one of those points leads to your development. The enquiry lands in the sales department's dashboard β with the floor plan, the country and the report the person came from.
- You have a say in every pieceThis is not 'journalists turned up at the site'. The shooting plan, the set of frames and the text you approve before publication; a disputed frame you remove; your own version of any problem you add to the body of the report. We answer for the facts and the dates, you β for what we show.
One site visit turns into a report, a video in eight languages, posts in the channels and a line in the report on enquiries.
No exclusivity: you go on making your own content as before.
how it works
You can dispute a report and ask for a replacement
If a frame or a wording looks inaccurate, you dispute the piece in the dashboard: you write what is wrong and attach your own data. We re-check the facts, correct the piece or come out again, and publish a replacement report.
- ModerationThe finished report arrives in the dashboard before publication. You comment on any frame or paragraph and dispute anything contentious; until you have accepted the material, it does not go out.
- The visit and the siteWe come in the agreed window, accompanied by someone from the site and following its safety rules. That way you keep an eye on the filming itself, and the finished report shows the site the way you want it seen.
- Editing and factsWe assemble the report: frames from the site, a short video, a text with the date and the stage. The figures are checked against your data β deadlines, buildings and readiness are taken from the project showcase, not from memory.
- Dispute and replacementA dispute is handled within three working days: we re-check the facts against your data and either correct the piece or come out again and prepare a replacement report.
Regularity matters more than spectacle: a project with a new report every month looks alive.
A separate visit for an event β a building handed over, a new phase launched β we do outside the schedule.
your say over the content
Nothing goes out until you have approved it. And after publication the word is still yours
Reports about your project are your responsibility, so we hand you control of the process: the shooting plan, the set of frames, the text, a comment on any disputed point, and the moderation queue in the dashboard.
Approval frame by frame
Not 'the whole piece at once': every frame, video and paragraph is accepted separately. Not accepted β not published.
Hide a frame or hold the release
A service area, site cabins, a guarded zone, a part not finished by the deadline β you remove it, stating the reason. Want to wait a week until it is ready β the report waits.
Your comment inside the report
A delay, a change of materials, a question about the courtyard β your version, with a date and a plan, stands next to the frame rather than in somebody else's chat.
A filming request from you
Handed over a building, opened a show flat, finished the car park β you set the task in the dashboard, we come out of schedule and film exactly that.
Moderating comments under the report
The discussion under a report goes through you: anything untrue, defamatory or knowingly false you block before it is published; from there the platform steps in.
The material is yours to take
Frames and video from your site are yours: you download them from the dashboard and use them in your own channels and on your own website without restriction.
boundaries
- Facts and dates are not rewrittenYou decide what we show; you do not decide what we write about the stage and the date. Hiding a frame β yes; calling June August β no. Otherwise the reports stop working for everyone, including you.
- What is published stays in the historyThe construction timeline is not rewritten after the fact: last year's report stays on the card. A frame can be taken down after publication with a reason β a service area, site security, personal data.
- Silence is visibleIf approval hangs for a long time, the report does not come out at all β and the card shows that the last piece was a long time ago. Presence on the construction site, like presence in the answers, only works when it is regular.
Questions
What people ask before applying
Not on the list? Write to us β answering awkward questions is part of the job.
How often do you come, and who sets the schedule?
The basic rhythm is one site visit a month per project; during active construction or the launch of a new phase β two. The date and the time window are yours to choose: we need an agreed time, a pass and someone to accompany us. An unscheduled filming for an event is done on your request from the dashboard, usually within a week.
We do not want unfinished parts and service areas in the frame. Is that possible?
Yes β that is what the shot list and the approval are for. Areas you do not want shown are marked before the visit, and we simply do not go there. A frame already taken you can hide, stating the reason. The one thing we will not do is call an unfinished stage finished: the report would then lose its point for the buyer and for you alike.
Who owns the photos and the video?
Material from your site is available to you for any use: you download the originals and the edit from the dashboard and publish them wherever you like, including your own website and advertising. We keep the right to hold the report on the project card and in our channels β that is the very traffic you come for.
We have our own marketing department and a filming contractor. Why join you?
We do not replace your marketing and we do not ask you to stop anything. The difference is in the position: your content is the developer's word, ours is a report from the site, where you are being checked. Then there is distribution: the catalogue, the communities by country, the language versions and the network of agents, which your contractor has no access to. If you already film your own material, we can publish it as the developer's own, marked as such.
What counts as an enquiry, and how does it reach us?
An enquiry is an application, a message or a call request about your project with the person's contact details. It appears in the dashboard at once, is duplicated by e-mail and, if needed, goes into your CRM through the integration. The enquiry card shows the source, the country, the floor plan of interest and the whole conversation. If the person is looked after by one of our agents, that is shown separately β you see who is on the buyer's side.
How much does it cost to join?
Filming, editing, the language versions and publication in our channels are part of listing the project β there is no separate bill for a report. We earn on the deals we bring: an agent's fee at your standard rate. Only extras on your request are paid β for example, drone filming under a special permit, or a separate advertising campaign on bought traffic; the estimate is agreed in advance.
