Step 01
Listing Β· the project showcase
Put your project into the system β and get everything that comes with being properly present
We set the development up in full: phases and buildings, every floor plan, the deadlines, the current prices. Every claim is backed by a document β and from then on the buyer, the agent and your sales department talk about one and the same project instead of three different versions of it.
We do the first setup ourselves: you hand over the price list, the floor plans and the folder of documents β we assemble the card and send it to you for approval before it goes live.
- 2phases, 4 buildings
- 68floor plans
- 1source of prices
why a sales department needs this
You already have a system with current prices. We are not asking you to keep a second one
It is a fair question: why would a sales department want a second workplace where floor plans have to be typed in again and prices corrected again. The short answer is that there will not be one β entering the data and keeping it current is our job, not yours.
- We enter the floor plans β onceSend whatever you already have: floor plans as PDF, a spreadsheet, an export from your own system. We take it apart and enter it ourselves β phases, buildings, apartment types, areas β and check it against the documents. The sales department has one thing to do: look and confirm that it is right. Nobody types 44 floor plans in a second time.
- Prices by export, not by handIf the price list in your own system is already current, we take it from there: a file, a link or a scheduled export β the annual indexation does not have to be entered twice. Sending a spreadsheet is just as good, publishing it takes minutes. The price always stands next to its date: if there has been no update for a long time, that is what people see, instead of an invented 'up to date'.
- Availability: one click or a syncThe status of an apartment changes in the dashboard in a second β or it arrives from your system together with the price list and needs no separate action at all. The point is not to keep the books twice; the point is that the agent and the buyer can see what is left before they call, and do not spend your day asking for confirmations.
- What a second listing site does not duplicatePrices and floor plans you already have β the feedback you do not. Questions, reviews and view statistics come to your dashboard rather than to a site operator, and you answer them officially. The audience is different too: buyers from abroad and people relocating, who need a project with documents rather than one more listing in a feed.
A showcase must not eat the sales department's time: the setup is on us, and updating is one export.
No exclusivity and no second set of books: your own system stays the main one.
prices and statuses
The price changes in your dashboard β and a minute later it is on the showcase
Three ways to keep the price list current: by hand, by file or by integration. You pick one and can change your mind at any time β and all sides immediately see one and the same figure.
By hand in the dashboard
Correcting one apartment, or a whole apartment type, takes a minute. Who changed it and when is visible, so there is nothing to argue about inside the department.
By price file
You upload your spreadsheet exactly as it already is, XLSX or CSV. The columns are matched up once β after that you simply drop the file in.
By CRM integration
A feed or an API from your system: prices, reservations and statuses arrive on a schedule β every hour or every night. We set it up from the platform side.
Apartment statuses
Available, reserved, sold. What is sold disappears from the showcase at once, so nobody calls you about an apartment that no longer exists.
Price history in plain sight
The buyer sees that the price rose by 6.4% over the year β that works on a decision better than a 'today only' banner.
what there will not be
There will be no '40% off until tonight' on the showcase, and no different prices for different agents: there is one price list, and it is yours. You can raise the price whenever you want β the old one stays in the history. That is the only restriction, and it works in your favour: buyers stop haggling with screenshots.
presence on the platform
You answer for yourself β as the developer, where the question was asked
A showcase is not only data. It is your place on the platform: the sales department answers enquiries, works through complaints and comments on any problem with the project. The developer's answer is marked official and stands first.
Buyer enquiries
An enquiry reaches your dashboard with its context: which floor plan, from which country, from which page. You answer in writing, by phone, or book a viewing.
Replies under reviews
A review about the building, about the finish, about a manager β under each one you can reply with a 'developer' badge. Your reply comes first, not twentieth.
Complaints in a queue of their own
Received, in progress, resolved β with the response time in plain sight. A closed complaint with your comment on it looks better than a complaint that was never there.
A comment on any problem
A delayed handover, noise, parking, water, a commercial tenant next door. You write your own version with a date and a plan β the developer's position stands next to the problem instead of in some other chat.
Response time is public
'Usually answers within a day' is visible before anyone has written a word. That on its own is a reason to write to you rather than to hunt for the project in chat groups.
Objecting with facts
If a review is untrue, you send us the document and we add a verification note to it. A note is stronger than a deletion: everyone can see it.
boundaries
- You moderate your own pageWhile you are present on the showcase, a comment goes through you: anything untrue, defamatory or knowingly false you can block before it is published. At that moment the platform steps in and looks into the case.
- Nobody speaks for youThe platform does not write answers in the developer's name. Every answer has an author and a job title β the buyer is talking to a person, not to a logo.
- Silence is visible tooIf enquiries sit unanswered for weeks, an honest note about response time appears on the card. Being present is work, not a tick in a box.
Questions
What people ask before applying
Not on the list? Write to us β answering awkward questions is part of the job.
Who enters the data β you or we?
The first setup is ours. From you we need the price list, the floor plans, the documents and one half-hour conversation to settle the unclear parts. After that the dashboard is yours: prices, statuses and answers you keep yourself, and the structure of the project we change together β a new building or a new phase is added in a day.
Our price list changes every week. Is this really maintainable?
That is exactly why there are three ways of updating it. If you have a CRM, we set up the sync and you do nothing by hand. If the price list lives in a file, you drop the file in and the columns are already matched up. If there are only a few corrections, you change the price in the dashboard in a minute.
Can we keep prices private?
You can: the price is hidden per apartment type or for a whole building. But the card will say that the price is hidden by the developer β we do not imitate a 'from $999'. In practice open prices bring more enquiries and fewer empty calls, while hidden ones make sense at the very start of sales.
Who talks to the buyer β the platform or our sales department?
You do. Enquiries about the project land in your dashboard, and the replies under reviews and complaints are written and signed by you, with a job title. We only answer questions about the platform itself and moderate outright abuse. If the buyer came through one of our agents, the conversation shows who is looking after them.
Can a review or a complaint be deleted?
Deleting something already published β no, and that is one of the reasons buyers trust us. But you can stop it being published: if a comment is defamatory and untrue, you dispute it before it goes out. The platform steps into the case and looks at the documents from both sides β and if the truth is on your side, the comment is not published. If the facts hold up, you still have the right of first word: an official answer at the top of the list, a document attached, and a public status for the complaint.
How much does listing cost?
Listing the project, verifying the documents and the dashboard for the sales department are free. We earn on the deals we bring ourselves: an agent's fee at your standard rate. We take no money for a place on the showcase and none for 'moving up in search' β otherwise the verification badge would be worth nothing.
listing
A project card in three to five working days
From you: the price list, the floor plans and the folder of documents. We assemble the structure, check it against the documents and hand it back for approval before publishing. We publish only what you have confirmed.
The steps after this one: reports from the construction site and the traffic they bring, then agents and reporting on enquiries.
- 1Application and documentsThe list of buildings, the price list and the folder of documents. One conversation of half an hour to settle the unclear parts.
- 2Assembly and checkingWe enter the structure and the floor plans, check the data against the documents and ask the awkward questions. Three to five working days.
- 3Publication and accessThe card goes onto the showcase, and the sales department gets a dashboard: prices, enquiries, reviews, complaints.
